Fourth of July Party Blowout, Make it Healthy

This year, the fourth is just a few days away.  Don’t put off your plans any longer if you are reading this.  Call your friends right away and make sure that you have the weekend all booked up.

The Fourth of July is a day where you can really have fun.  The company is what makes it the best.  There is also the weather and the fire works which makes the company that you are enjoying that much better.  If you are the one planning the get together than you should give it a bit of thought as to how to keep it healthy this Fourth.  Make sure that you have plenty of water easily accessible for all of your company; it can get upwards of over one hundred degrees in some parts of the country.  Next thing that you want to do is have food that has a lot of water in it.  Fruits and vegetables all have tons of water in them and make for the best Fourth of July foods.  Yes, you will probably have some grilled foods and other stuff like that, but if you make the main things fruits and vegetables than everyone can stay well hydrated and healthy.  You probably have been taking your acceletrim for a few weeks so you will be able to get out in the sun a bit, make sure to have sun screen on and also have it readily available for your company.  This last thing is something that most of us don’t want to think about, but there are bugs and such so you could get some spray to help with that if your company wants some.

Acceletrim and Where (Wear) is Your Pedometer?

You can wear things on your body that can measure what is going on.  This process of measuring things can give you great leverage with your health status.  Make sure to look into all of the tools that you can use to help improve your health, we are going to cover one today.

We are right in the end of this great month of June, the month where our whole lives change for the better since our days certainly are starting to warm up and we seem to get happier since our weather is ten times better. Strawberry Shortcake Season on the Off Day While Taking Acceletrim

 There are seasons for everything, just think about the holiday season for a minute.  During this season you are with family and celebrating the holidays.  There is also a season for foods, and especially great tasting foods.  We are going to go over how the season for Strawberry Shortcake is now and how you don’t want to miss out on it.

Sprouts oh Sprouts Make me Strong

With all of the many things that can happen with your health you might want to consider adding sprouts into the mix.  What we are finding out is that certain foods can have things in them that are like these strong defenders that fight off the bad stuff.  It is a real simple way to look at it, but that is basically what happens.

In your body there can be these things that age your systems faster than they normally should.  They can even make you feel sluggish and tired and stuff.  When you eat something like sprouts you bring into your body a defense team.  These fighters get into your system and protect it.  We are all so used to the good versus evil thing, like in Spiderman and other affiliate movies along the same line.  The healthy foods that you eat give you a greater chance to get these good guys to work for your systems and keep everything nice and healthy.

Acceletrim and Muscle Fiber Types

We all have different muscle fiber types.  Depending on which type of muscle fiber type that you have will greatly determine which type of athlete you can become.  We are different and over time you will be able to figure out what you have.

The basis rule is that if you what is known as “Red” muscle fibers then you are very good at endurance activities.  What does this mean?  This means that you can run for miles with ease.  You can play a five set tennis match for over four hours and your body still feels fine.  You can swim for a half a day and still have enough energy at the end of it all to make dinner and go for a walk with the family.  Basically your muscles are set up in a way where energy can come into them for a long period of time.

There is also what is known as “White” muscle fibers.  These are known as being fast twitched and if you have these type of muscle fibers you have a lot of quick bursts of power.  You can take a shot put and toss it very far.  You are able to do a bench press with a high amount of weight for a few repetitions.  You can lift heavy things for short period of times.  Basically your muscles are set up in a way where energy can come into them for a short period of time.

Depending on which muscle types that you have you can excel in certain types of athletic sports and other things in life.  If you work with it you can have many positive side effects, you muscle fibers can work the way they are meant to work.  There is nothing worse than trying to go against what your talents and gifts are, whether mentally or physically.  Depending on what you were giving with your muscle fiber type you can really improve in certain areas.  You want to work with your body when taking Acceletrim and when you work your muscles in a way that is best you can get the best results.

Me, Myself, and a Portable Protein Powder Mixer Cup to go Along with Acceletrim

So here you are, in the middle of some appointment and you are sitting there just knowing that you have to eat.  Your body can feel it, your mind can feel it, you just know it.

Who me – Weightlift?

I joined a real gym this time.  My last venture was at one of those," ladies only go around the circle clubs". My daughters made so much fun of me that I decided to actually try weight training fitness.  I had no idea what I was doing, but I started going to the gym five days a week.  At first I just fooled around on the machines, trying them out, but since weight lifting training was just an idea to me, I figured that I better watch the regulars.

I watched and I copied the folks who looked like they knew what they were doing.  At first I could only do about five crunches at the five pound setting.  Since I longed for a better belly, I lopped along and found that I got better with time.  I can do over a hundred at the 20 pound setting now.  I figure that isn't too bad for a weight training fitness beginner.

My arms needed serious work, too.  After figuring out the rep and rest thing, I got pretty adept at that, too. I would not say that I have great arms, yet, but they are a whole lot better now that I have been training for about three months, and I will continue going to my new gym forever.

Overall, I look much better.  I have lost about ten pounds and my clothes fit better and are a size smaller.  The best part is that I really enjoy weight training fitness.  It is never boring; sometimes it resembles fun, and always, I feel wonderful when I head out the door--very much looking forward to my next session.  I recommend weight training fitness.  It really works when you weightlift.

Acceletrim, Health, Machines and Free Weight Combination

You made up your mind; finally you are ready for the change.  It took some type of experience to make you want to make the leap over the bridge to the other side, and on the other side is health and energy.

There is also the part that you can have a big impact over besides your mind, and that is your body.  This part of the health equation is something that you can change.  In this change, a change for the better, you start to exercise, and in this exercise you include working out with weights.  The best way to take your Acceletrim is with some exercise and activity.  Get to a place where there are weights available and get going.  The best mixture is with both free weights and machines.  The secret to this is that if you work out with both types you can get fast and lasting results, and the reason is because the machines will work different muscle fibers as will the free weights.  They both work different types of muscle groups, and when you do this your body can respond in a very positive way.

The last part of this is with diet, this is where you eat on a schedule and don’t skip out on meals, very consistent and regular.  Stick with lean protein sources, and lots of vegetables and some whole grains and a bit of starch, you might want to hold off on the Texas Toast and go for the whole grain bread filled with fiber and all kinds of vitamins.  The best breads can be found in the freezer section, the best for your health that is, plus the freezer can help you keep the bread for a bit longer without it going bad.  If you stick with the fundamentals then your body should become a lot healthier, work better, and you can end up feeling a whole lot better.
